Katelyn Kass

Veterinary Technician

Katelyn has worked as a veterinary technician in Knoxville for the past 7 years. Graduating in 2010, she received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Animal Technology from the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in Denver, CO. She then became a licensed technician in the state of Tennessee after falling in love with Knoxville.

Katelyn’s love of animals started at a young age, growing up in the suburbs of DC in a home with over 24 animals. In 2008, her family started a farm in Kentucky that she often visits and helps with animal care. She has started a family of her own with her daughter and 3 fur babies: Rocky, Levi, and the newest member, Bell. They can be found exploring local dog parks and hiking nearby trails, living and loving their “home sweet home” in Knoxville.
